Cre8 is pleased to announce it has acquired HP from 1st January 2020 as part of its plan to broaden its hospitality supply footprint and portfolio in Australia. Hospitality products will continute to trade independently until June 30th 2020, prior to full company consolidation on July 1st 2020. HP has extensive experience in food service, restaurant and hotel supply as well as new hotel project OS&E procurement with their most recent project being the 5 star Westin Brisbane.
The owner of HP Anthony Duck will be joining the Cre8 Group as the ANZ General Manager, being responsible for continuing the rapid growth of Cre8 in both consumables replenishment and project procurement. Anthony will also bring commercial finance support to Cre8’s Asia operations via our Singapore office. While HP will be integrated and wound down over the next several months its successful B2B trading website www.hospitalitywholesale.com.au will be maintained to support Australian SME hospitality businesses who regularly use the site.
